The Repair Process

Initial Contact

If you have damaged furniture and would like it repaired, give us a call on 01384 473 000 or send us an email at [email protected] with some details of the damage and your address. We will then either provide you with an estimate to repair the damage or we might have to arrange a visit to assess the damage.

Technician’s Visit

A member of our Bookings Team will call to arrange an appointment at a time that is suitable to you. Our furniture technicians aim to carry out the repair during the first visit and currently we repair 85% of our jobs during the first visit.

Full Report

After the visit is completed, the office will supply you with a report of the visit along with pictures taken. If the furniture cannot be repaired during the first visit or if additional parts are required to complete the repair, we will provide you with a quote to complete the repair to your furniture.
